Enclosed in the deck of cards are pictures and explanations of 80 hard core exercises using only body weight. These exercises are performed regularly by Israeli commandos as well as other people who want to build muscles, look ripped and lose weight. You don't need weights or machines. Your own body weight properly used can give you enough resistance to get the results you want.
